After several weeks where rumors have been gutting some details, the new vivo X60 and X60 Pro have finally been made official . We are facing two powerful terminals that have high-end features, and that are the first of the Chinese firm to sign the new agreement with Zeiss, which from now on will sign the lenses of its most important launches.

As usual, the new series has been presented in China, where all the details have been released. We are facing two high-end terminals, which far from betting on the classics Snapdragon or MediaTek, have given an opportunity to the powerful Exynos 1080 from Samsung, not used to coming out of the guts of the Galaxy, but which ensures remarkable performance in the new X60. It is expected that this processor is also the brain of the next Galaxy S21 of the Korean firm, which will be presented in January.
Design and display
There are some hardware-level changes to the vivo X60 and vivo X60 Pro, but in terms of design, they both feature a premium design that combines metal and glass, measuring 7.69 millimeters thick. Both have a 6.56-inch AMOLED screen, with a central hole to house the selfie sensor, and a FullHD + resolution. In addition, they have a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a touch sampling rate of 240 Hz.

The processor of the Galaxy S21
As we say, as for its brain, both integrate Samsung’s Exynos 1080 , which has advanced its official presentation, since it is destined to be the processor of Samsung’s Galaxy S21 series. The vivo X60 has versions of 8 and 12 GB of RAM with variants of 128, and 256 gigs, while the vivo X60 Pro only has a variant with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal memory. This processor is called to be one of the most powerful of the year, and shows once again the close collaboration that exists between Samsung and vivo.

Difference in cameras
The vivo X60 and X60 Pro have a gimble image stabilizer , which we have already seen in the X51 5G, and which the firm calls Big Eye. This allows for maximum stability even when shooting motion and vibrating videos. The difference between both models is given by the configuration of the lenses.

The vivo X60 Pro features quad rear cameras with 48MP Sony IMX598 primary sensor (f / 1.6 aperture) with OIS and 8MP (F / 3.4) telephoto sensor with 5X optical zoom and 60x hybrid zoom. It also integrates a 13MP (f / 2.48 aperture) 50mm sensor and a 13MP (f / 2.2) ultra-wide angle lens with 120-degree angle with LED flash and laser AF.
The vivo X60 has the same sensors as its brother, but with triple rear cameras , by dispensing with the telephoto sensor. It also has video image stabilization. Both terminals have a 32 megapixel selfie sensor, housed in the hole in the screen.

Connections and battery
The new from vivo does not lack the most advanced connections such as 5G, A-GPS, GPS, GLONASS, Dual Band Wifi / Wifi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, USB Type-C port. They also move with Android 11 and the company’s new Origin layer, in addition to having an integrated fingerprint sensor on the screen. The vivo X60 Pro has a 4,200 mAh battery and 33W fast charging, while the X60 goes up to 4,300 mAh with the same charging speed.
