Where can you choose the unlock method for your Xiaomi?

By PIN

With password
Although the PIN seems the same as the password, because sometimes they are called the same way, they have nothing to do with it. In fact, the password seems to us a much more secure method. Because in this case instead of a four number PIN we can add more characters . They can also combine upper or lower case letters together with the numbers. So it can be more secure than the PIN, although yes, more tedious to enter every time we want to unlock the phone.
Face unlock
This setting appears just below the menu to add or modify fingerprints on the phone. Within this section we must first activate the unlocking using this method , and of course, show the face to the phone.
Depending on the type of easy recognition that our mobile has, it may be a safer method or not, if it is done through a 3D scan it will always be better than doing it with a traditional method that only recognizes the face, and not the raised features.
