There are some common errors and solutions that we can try to try to fix the error.
It may be that we have not updated, that we do not have the latest version of the drivers, it may not recognize it due to a problem with the USB … In any case, we must follow a series of simple steps to solve these errors.
Common errors and best solutions
If all goes well, it is normal that when you connect the phone to the computer, Windows recognizes it and automatically starts and synchronizes iTunes with the phone. But not everything always works perfectly and there are many users who at some point have found that when connecting the mobile to the PC you have seen how it is not detected or recognized.
Update Windows
One of the first things we can do is check that the equipment is fully up to date, that there is no newer version. The steps are easy because we can go to Windows Update to check if there is any new version and this is what is causing the failure.

- We go to “Windows Update” on the left side of the screen
Now we will see a screen that will tell us whether or not there are updates available and when the last check was made. It is also convenient that we temporarily deactivate the security lock to prevent the terminal from being blocked.
