A piece of news that has recently reached us makes us think that Samsung could be preparing its first transparent Galaxy, since they have registered the idea and have told it perfectly. If it becomes a reality soon, we are looking forward to knowing what the new mobile is and what it offers us when they finally decide to launch it on the market.
Specifically, Samsung has just published a new patent showing a phone with a transparent rear screen, and it would be a Galaxy, so they could be thinking of making a mobile with this type of screen. It would be an innovation in the market and would undoubtedly stand out from the other existing models, and that we have seen the most varied designs.

A Samsung patent shows this new mobile
The patent was submitted to the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in January of this year and was published yesterday. A phone is shown with a front screen as usual and another screen on the back of the phone that would provide additional functionality. This new screen would be transparent.
The idea is not unreasonable, since, if we look at the ZTE Nubia series mobiles, among others, they already have full screens on their back and can be used, and even if we go further back we can find mobiles that have e-ink back panels. Being Samsung who is behind this idea, surely we can expect much more from it.

Samsung’s new Galaxy would have a screen on the back taking up almost all the available space . It would extend from the bottom to the area that surrounds the camera module, without stopping at it, as in the aforementioned ZTE. Among its possible uses we find that it can function as a viewfinder when using the rear camera to take better selfies. The Samsung logo is seen in different locations.
It could show information at a glance, unique designs and any other customization options that we do not know for now because we do not know what use Samsung will really give to this new mobile that is not yet in development.
What’s most impressive about this is that it’s designed to be transparent , so when it’s fully or partially turned off it blends in with the rear glass or blends in with the rest of the back panel. In this way, it can have any design on its back and the screen can be placed on top of it. Power off, the rear glass would be seen normally.
Will Samsung develop a new transparent mobile?
This does not mean that we are going to see this mobile in the near future, not even that Samsung is considering it or developing it, but rather that they have had the idea and may in the future launch a new mobile with this original rear screen .
The mere fact of detailing it and registering it in a patent means that it is a possibility and that we would not be surprised if this new mobile arrives at some point . In any case, we will surely see this new technology in a brand mobile, one way or another.
Also, it is true, it may happen that we do not get to see it in the market and it only remains an idea of the brand. What do you think will happen?
