There will be no Fall Guys on Xbox or Switch in 2021
Mediatonic has released a statement with which it wanted to comment on the latest decision regarding the launch of its successful Fall Guys on the Xbox and Switch platforms. Unfortunately, the developer team has been forced to delay the launch on both platforms (scheduled for the middle of this year) until 2022 , ensuring that they do not see it feasible to launch the game on both consoles due to lack of time to meet the objectives.
And the explanation for the delay is much simpler than you might imagine. The company recalled that very recently it became part of the Epic Games family, and this, in addition to allowing them to have more advanced tools to improve the game, entails other types of responsibilities.

Therefore, they have admitted that now the challenge of launching the game for Xbox and Switch in 2021 is impossible to meet, so they ask players for patience until the corresponding versions come to light. The question we ask ourselves is, is it worth waiting so long?
At least there will be cross-play
The delay will bring at least good news.
