Chrome launches DNS over HTTPS for Android
Until now this option was available for desktop computers. Now Google’s browser has released support for DNS over HTTPS in the Android operating system. As we know, it is the most used in mobile devices worldwide.

What this feature does is encrypt DNS traffic. In this way, it prevents it from being modified or being seen by intruders. In the case of Chrome, it is not necessary to change the default DNS provider . We can manually disable and configure this function.
In case we have it disabled, Chrome will continue to use the default DNS provider but will not use DNS over HTTPS.
The browser offers users to change the provider and choose a number of options. These options are to use the providers of Google, Cloudflare, Quad9, CleanBrowsing and DNS.SB. We can also add another option manually.
Chrome will automatically switch to DNS over HTTPS as long as the current provider we have offers this service.
