It goes without saying that not all users see the screen in the same way. The needs of one and other people can vary greatly if we take into account factors such as their sensitivity to light or the most common vision abnormalities. For these and other reasons, Huawei mobiles allow us to make certain adjustments to modify the colors on the screen to our liking.
Our Huawei mobile comes by default with some color settings, which may not be adapted to our needs. The fastest classic adjustment is usually the one related to brightness, but we have deeper tools to be able to calibrate the color. Some of them are even intended to correct visual dysfunctions consisting of the alteration for the perception of color.
Calibrate color on Huawei phones
To be able to make the adjustments in the fastest way, we will have to go to the Settings of our mobile and write the word “color” in the option search box. Once done, we will have to select two settings to carry out the calibration: “Temperature and color mode” and “Color correction”. With the color adjustments within these two options, we can achieve the tones that best suit our eyesight.
Temperature and color mode
In this section we can modify the colors of the screen in detail. At the top we will see two settings “Normal” and “Vivid” that seek to establish a more standard configuration or enhance any color. Once we have chosen the one that best suits our taste, we can choose the parameters, depending on whether we want a warmer or colder color setting . However, we can slide our finger over the color circle, to incline the trend towards some colors or others. Once done, we can go back and the settings will be saved even if we restart the mobile.
Color correction
In this section we can activate the color correction, which will allow us to calibrate the screen to adapt the display to various anomalies related to vision. Once activated, we will have to click on the correction mode and we will find three different options to select:
- Deuteranomaly : for red-green color correction
- Protanomaly : for red-green color correction
- Tritanomaly : for blue-yellow color correction
Once selected, click on save and we will be able to exit to the main menu with the new color options configured and they will remain active even if we restart the terminal.
