If there is a problem that nobody wants to suffer on mobile phones, it is when they get stuck and we cannot use them. This is something very annoying that can make us despair if we do not know how to fix it. Luckily, fixing a stuck Xiaomi mobile is easier than in other cases thanks to its advanced tricks. To achieve this MIUI has solutions.
Sometimes we think that the mobile has been trapped or blocked but in reality it is a specific failure, where just waiting a few seconds is solved. This can be a symptom to try to clean the memory of our Xiaomi and avoid future problems, although on other occasions the problem extends and reaches the minute without anything happening on the smartphone screen, that is when we will have to fix it.
An application gets stuck in MIUI
Actually any application of the system can cause a Xiaomi mobile to get stuck, worse the ones that cause it the most among users is the camera app or some of doubtful origin. In the first case, the only thing we have to do so that the Xiaomi camera does not get stuck is the following:
- We wait for the mobile to work, in case it is not possible we go to the next section to force the restart and then we return.
- Then we enter the camera app and touch the settings.
- We chose the option Restore default settings and confirm.
- Now we go into Phone Settings.
- We go to the system applications and choose camera.
- We clean data and force closure.
When using an app the mobile is stuck
It is not the first time that this happens in Xiaomi phones and it seems that some create conflicts with MIUI. To get out of this situation we have to try not to use it when turning on the mobile once we force the restart as we show you below. Then we will have to completely uninstall and look for an alternative app. We will do this from Settings> Applications and choosing it, and then delete all the data and uninstall it.
Force restart a Xiaomi mobile
The most effective solution for when a Xiaomi mobile gets stuck is undoubtedly to force the restart of the mobile. This allows all RAM to be freed up and all processes to stop completely. With this we get the mobile to get out of that situation from which it cannot get out no matter how much we have it. To do this we will have to do the following in Xiaomi:
- We hold the power button for 10 seconds.
- In case it does not work, we hold the power button until it vibrates or the screen turns off, with a maximum time of 30 seconds.
There are times when this does not work and then we will have to enter the recovery mode although we will not carry out any process. To do this we will do the following:
- Hold the power button and volume up at the same time until you see the Xiaomi logo.
- Once we enter the recovery menu, we move with the volume keys and accept with the middle one.
- We choose the Reboot System Now option.
There is no way to turn on the mobile
When we have tried everything and we are not able to make sure that the Xiaomi mobile is not stuck or blocked , we must start thinking about a hardware problem. The first thing to check is the battery, because for some reason the percentage could have repeatedly dropped or even been disconnected. We only have to connect it to the original charging cable and leave it for at least 20 minutes, and then check if we can force the restart.
In case this is not the case, we will have to go to a specialized center to try to repair it. In case it is under warranty, the best thing to do is go to the store itself or contact it so that they can give us a solution at no cost to us.
