Little by little we are approaching the final version of Android 12 , which should see the light next to the new pixels in the last third of the year. Today precisely the owners of a Google mobile can try the Developer Preview 3, the third beta of the operating system that comes with a few new features to these smartphones.
As with each new release of the software, it has new features and improvements from the versions released months ago so that the system offers better performance, security and privacy. Version 3 of the beta offers a new app launch experience, new permissions for alarms, and new camera and video capabilities.

This is how your mobile changes with Android 12 Developer Preview 3
From what we’ve been able to see thanks to the guys at XDA developers, we know that Android 12 Developer Preview 3 offers better user experience tools starting with a new startup animation for all apps, new transitions, and a splash screen. Of course this new experience is also customizable since you can change the background color of the window, use the icon or animation for the static launcher, the time to reveal the application or configure the light / dark mode.
By default, all parts of the user interface that had rounded corners have even more rounded corners. They even extend to the widgets that the user adds to the home screen.

A new call notification template has been created that allows for easier preview and management. This offers more scannability and visibility and supports multiple actions, either custom or default. Another great novelty is the permissions for alarms, which can help minimize the impact on the battery and preserve the autonomy of the smartphone through functions such as Doze and App Standby.
The latest version of Android 12 offers a better web link. Some changes include the default handling of links that are not verified, either through manual approval or Android app links.
Do you have many applications installed? Do those apps have a ton of widgets? If so, you may have trouble finding the right widget to add to your home screen. That is why in Android 12 DP3 , Google has added a search bar in the widget selector. Plus it also shows some recommended widgets at the top.

Other important new features in Android 12 include improvements to the haptic experience, with more tools available to generate informative haptic feedback, additional effects, tools for game control, and video encoding improvements. Also added is support for Quad Bayer camera sensors, faster machine learning, standardized GPU processing, better debugging for system crashes, and more flexibility when making backups.
