Once we start the application, its main menu appears where its extremely attractive , intuitive interface and in Spanish stands out, which makes it suitable for all types of users, both beginners and experts. Its appearance is polished and elegant and allows us to change the theme between light and dark according to our preferences. This is something that we can do from its “Settings” located in the upper right part of the topic section.
To start writing our notes, just click on the “New note” button at the top right. A box will appear to write, while at the bottom we find the different tools , such as heading, bold, italic, underline, text color, bullets, indentation, etc. When creating a new note, we can access the “Focus” mode, by clicking on the three horizontal stripes in the upper right, where all the notes, notebooks and menus are hidden, so that we can work in an environment without distractions . At the top we have buttons to insert images (supports JPEG, PNG, BMP and GIF), mark as a favorite for quick access and a pushpin to anchor the note.
Customize your text with many parameters
When creating our note it is found “Uncategorized”, so if we click on it with the right button, we will have the possibility to add it to “Quick Access” to access our most frequently used notes or to “Notebooks”, which works like labels . If we add it to Notebooks, we can add it to an existing one or create a new one. For this, we must enter the name, a theme or color for the cover, as well as decide if we want to block it to prevent access to unauthorized people and keep our privacy safe. We can also post important notes to always have them handy.
Any element that we create as notes or notebooks, can be eliminated by adding it to the “Trash”. To do this we will use the classic trash can icon that we can find in the notes or by right-clicking. Once the note is deleted, it will be stored in the Trash folder, from where we can permanently delete it or restore it if necessary.
