We knew that in early 2021 Samsung would present its highly anticipated Galaxy S21 . Well, the company has already announced that its Galaxy Unpacked: Welcome to the Everyday Epic event will be held on January 14. In it we will know this and some other possible surprise.
The Galaxy S21 arrives next January 14
Now it is official and on January 14th will be when Samsung presents its new high-end phone : the Samsung Galaxy S21. This has been confirmed by the brand itself with the announcement of its event Galaxy Unpacked: Welcome to the Everyday Epic.
This event is expected to have a triple pitch. That is to say, as we have already seen in the past, not only from Samsung but also from other brands, there will be up to three phones of which some details have already been filtered.
These three chosen will be the ones that make up the new Galaxy S21 family and will consist of the S21, S21 + and S21 Ultra . Each of them will logically play with different characteristics, but always aiming for the high end. Which means that they will have the best hardware that the brand is capable of integrating into a mobile device.
Of course, along with all these technical characteristics that affect the processor, RAM, storage or screen, there will also be an important novelty in terms of the design language that the brand has been working on in recent years.
Most striking of all will be the issue of the rear camera. A triple camera in theory that will have a module that can crash first, but it does not look bad either and can provide a differential touch between so many similar phones.
What we no longer know whether or not there will be support for the S Pen . A lot has been said about this in recent weeks, but until the brand confirms it, it will simply be one more possibility among many of those that are always rumored before the launch of an important phone such as the Galaxy S21.
A Galaxy S21 accompanied by new headphones and SmartTag
Along with the new Galaxy S21, it is likely that the brand will also launch some new devices from which some other details have also been leaked, such as the Galaxy Buds Pro and Galaxy SmartTag.
The first are an improved and more capable version of the headphones that the brand has already launched months ago. The second are those smart tags that would allow you to locate objects that are lost through Bluetooth technology and would rival those of Tile and those also rumored that Apple should take out at some point.
Likewise, we will have to wait for the event to learn more details about these devices and their prices . Of the Galaxy S21 we do warn you not to expect it to be below what we have seen lately with the high-end. That means that they will be around 1,000 euros and could even reach 1,400 in its ultra version.
