Today was the day marked on the calendar by OPPO to present the new OPPO Reno3 family. Although we had already seen previous data of this terminal and its Pro variant, we now know all its technical characteristics in detail as well as its price. Both OPPO Reno3 and OPPO Reno3 Pro have several common elements, but also some important difference.
As we say, both terminals have important common elements, such as 5G connectivity or that come with the ColorOS 7 version based on Android 10. Both have four rear cameras, degraded finish and versions of up to 12 GB of RAM. They also have an AMOLED screen with integrated fingerprint sensor.

Two types of screen and processor
The Reno3 sports a classic flat screen with notch, while the OPPO Reno3 Pro has a curved screen with a hole for its front camera. Another difference between the two devices comes in its processor. The OPPO Reno3 mounts the Snapdragon 765G , while the standard Reno3 integrates the new MediaTek Dimensity 1000L.
Four rear cameras
The OPPO Reno3 has a quadruple rear camera with 64 megapixel main sensor and a 32 megapixel selfie camera , which is housed in the aforementioned drop-shaped notch. It has a powerful 4,025 mAH battery with OPPO SuperVOOC 4.0 fast charge, which allows you to charge 50% in just 20 minutes and 70% in 30 minutes. The terminal is compatible with 5G networks and has other connections such as NFC. Its screen reaches 6.4 inches with FullHD + resolution.
The Reno3 Pro reaches 6.5 inches with FullHD + resolution and refresh rate of 90 Hz, in addition to being compatible with HDR10 +. This variant also has up to 12 GB of RAM, but its internal storage grows to 256 GB. It also has four cameras, although the main sensor is 48 megapixels, with a telephoto lens of 13 megapixels, a wide angle of 8 megapixels and a monochrome sensor of 2 megapixels.
Prices and date of sale
The sale of the new OPPO Reno3 will begin in China in the coming days. At the moment we do not know anything about OPPO’s plans for its global commercialization, although knowing that the entire Reno family has arrived in Spain, we can wait for them for the first quarter of 2020.
