Good management of calls on our mobile can be key. On many occasions we need to search for a call received or sent, as well as save as a contact, that incoming call with which we have had a conversation at a given moment. For this reason, we are going to take a look at how to consult and delete calls from our Motorola mobile.
Fortunately, and unlike SMS, calls do not seem to be in danger of extinction, so the basic use for which our mobiles were created continues to operate. However, their management has changed over time and may differ from one brand to another. Being able to consult the call history and perform some actions is very simple in Motorola terminals.
View and clear call history
The first step is to see the call history , for which, we will have to click on the phone app and click on the icon that refers to a clock. Now, next to each call we will see an icon that represents each call
- Incoming missed calls
- Answered calls
- Calls we have made (outgoing)
In addition, we can obtain more information about a call such as the time or duration. To do this we touch on the call and click on the information icon to see these details.
See only missed calls
We will also be able to see only the missed calls , in order to better see at a glance those that are likely to be returned. To do this we touch on the phone app, then on “Call History” and finally on “Missed”.
Clear call history
The call history can be deleted, but unlike other elements of the mobile, it cannot be restored again. To do this, we enter the phone app and touch the history. Now we look for the specific number and click on the details of the call , finally clicking on delete. In addition, we can delete all the history at the same time, entering Call History, tapping on the options icon and clicking on “Delete call history”.
Save a call as a contact
If we need to save an incoming or missed call as a contact to keep it on the agenda and that thereafter it appears unidentified, we must follow the following steps. Enter the phone app and click on the history. We tap on the number and choose to add as an existing contact by choosing “Add to a contact” or as a new contact by choosing “Create contact”. Finally we tap on “Save”.
