NFC payments are fully integrated into our daily lives, despite the fact that many devices continue to be launched without this technology. However, we are living a 2020 in which minimal contact is encouraged, and where elements that were somewhat forgotten such as QR codes enter. But as we have already seen more times, the NFC serves much more than to bring the mobile closer and pay, that is why we will see how files are shared through this technology on our Motorola mobile.

In many of Motorola’s terminals the NFC is present. However, doubts may be present since in many cases it does not depend on the model, but on the market that connectivity may or may not be active. To clear up doubts, the best option is to enter the connectivity sections of the device, to see if we find the NFC function, since otherwise it is very possible that our mobile is not compatible. However, before continuing we are going to take a look at the Motorola that in recent times have integrated NFC.

Share files via NFC
To be able to share files with NFC connectivity, we will have to go to Settings / Connected devices / Connection preferences. Then we activate the NFC through the corresponding switch and touch on Android Beam, to make sure it is activated.

Once done, we will have to open the screen with the content we want to share , be it a photo, web page, video, map or contact. Then we will have to touch the back of the phone with the back of the other device. Once the devices have been connected they will vibrate and we can press on “Transmit” on our phone. Keep in mind that as with Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi, the NFC also consumes energy when it is activated, so it is convenient to deactivate it when we do not need it to save energy and achieve better autonomy.
