The reality is that it is not at all complicated to be able to remove an application from our mobile device at any time. However, surely you have not tried all the ways that the Google operating system offers us to uninstall them from our smartphone . Delete them from the smartphone settings
One of the simplest ways that exist, and that will surely continue to occur over time, is to uninstall an app from the terminal’s own settings . As much as they add new routes, even if they are simpler. This method is most likely the most common among all users. Besides that it does not have any type of loss since, in just a few seconds, you will remove that tool that you do not use forever. Although, that does not mean that other users decide to bet on a different route that we will explain later.
Therefore, whatever the brand of your mobile device, this method will always be present. Even, it will not only allow you to eliminate them forever, but you can also disable them, that is, make that software that you no longer use as much as before or simply do not let you eliminate it. To uninstall them you will only have to access the Settings of your mobile device and look for the Applications section. Once we are inside, we will select those that you want to enter delete forever and click on them. The negative side is that we will have to go one by one, unless the personalization layer of your mobile allows you to delete more than one at a time.
After this, we must click on the Uninstall option. Although, in the case that it is a system app, it may only let us click Disable or Disable. And, therefore, we will not be able to permanently remove it from our mobile device. Of course, we will save some battery and space. How to remove bloatware from your mobile
We have already been talking about those that are installed by default on the devices, it is also known as bloatware . And it is not so easy to eliminate, since you will need to have some prior knowledge to be able to uninstall them forever from a terminal. Although, that has changed over the years, and some manufacturers do allow us to easily remove them.
In addition, we will have to be careful because we will be facing the system applications, so it can be very easy to touch something without wanting it to be necessary for the mobile to work properly. So you should be careful, since we are not responsible for what may happen to your terminal. The steps are the following:
- Go to Settings> Phone info and click Build number repeatedly to enable developer options.
- Then go to System and Updates> Developer Options.
- Scroll down and turn on the USB debugging option .
Once you have prepared your smartphone to carry out this process, you will have to install the ADB program on a computer. After this, these are the next steps:
- Connect the mobile to the PC.
- Confirm on the phone to Allow USB debugging .
- Find the ADB folder, and on it, right-click and select to open a command window here (this step will depend on the version of Windows you have).
- Check if your terminal is connected correctly with the following command:
- adb device s.
- To see a list of the applications that are in the system, you will have to enter the command:
- Adb Shell Is / system / app
- We will review the list that has appeared, we will locate the application that we are interested in removing and we will put the following command (replace Stk.apk with the application that you are interested in uninstalling):
- adb shell rm /system/app/Stk.apk
- Once the application is uninstalled, we have two options, either we restart to delete the data directory from it automatically, or we execute the following command to list the entire data directory:
- adb shell ls / data / data
Other ways to delete apps
Luckily, most of the tools that you have in your terminals will be those that you have wanted to install yourself without the brand having decided for you. This is why there are different methods to remove them forever. Some will be faster than others, but the reality is that they are all just as easy to follow, taking just a few seconds of our time.
Use the shortcut menu
Another way that will also be very easy for us is thanks to the shortcuts on the icons , which were released with Android 7 Nougat. These not only allow us to enter specific options of these tools, but also give us the possibility of being able to remove them from our terminal.
However, this will depend on the app, since others send us to the section of their information (within the settings of the mobile) to uninstall it there. We will only have to press and hold on any one and a menu will appear. Press on the X if oi appears to go to the app settings. Once inside, you can quickly remove it.
From Google Play Store
There is another way, although this is not the most used by most users, because we lose much more time. We refer to the uninstallation of our mobile tools from the Google Play Store itself .
