The company is aware of this situation and has responded to some of these complaints trying to find out why the errors were occurring, to try to find a solution, but so far they have not confirmed the existence of these errors, nor have they found a way to fix them.
We can only wait to see if they finally confirm what is happening in all the affected Realme 9 and wait for these annoying problems that affect users to end.
