Cyberpunk 2077 disappears from PSN
There have been many errors, and not just nice bugs. Cyberpunk 2077’s performance on PS4 is unacceptable. Players can barely comfortably play the game due to the continuous drops in frame rate, and the overall performance is so bad that it even affects the loading of textures.
The protests did not take long to appear, and the community came together to protest to CD Project Red and demand the return of the money that the reservation or purchase of the game had cost them. The company released a statement promising upcoming improvements and changes, but users’ patience had already run out.
How to request a return of Cyperpunk 2077
According to Sony, their goal is to maintain a high level of consumer satisfaction, so a game of this size cannot be allowed to offer such a negative experience for gamers. Therefore, the company has initiated a return process that will allow users to obtain a refund of the purchase of the game as long as the purchase was made on the PlayStation Store.
To this end, the company has published a simple button with which users can request a claim. To do so, you will only have to be logged into the PSN with your personal account and click on the “Request a refund” button to start the process. Once Sony has verified the information, the amount will be returned, a process that will be completed in one or several days depending on the payment method used and the times of each bank.

Is Cyperpunk 2077 coming back to the PSN?
At the moment the game has disappeared completely from the PSN, and it does not appear or looking for it from a PS5. Sony will wait for the developers to make the necessary changes to make the game run as expected, although we very much fear that this could take longer than expected.
