Dark Mode is one of the most popular functions of the moment. Our mobile completely changes the interface to show dark tones, which have greater efficiency in OLED panels. Realme is updating their mobiles to the new realme UI , and therefore they can activate the new Dark Mode.
This new Realme UI Dark Mode is much more comprehensive than what was available, when the company’s mobiles operated under ColorOS . We know that realme wants to continue creating its own identity and realme UI is a very important step in the history of the company. The firm has announced that the improvements in this new user interface, which is born with its first version, will be happening in future updates.
Activate Dark Mode in realme UI
When the Dark Mode of the realme mobiles was operating via ColorOS, it was not well adapted and had to be activated through the realme Lab . It is now available natively for all terminals that have already been updated to this new version and will be available for all those that plan to update during 2020, in addition to the new models that are coming to market.
In order to activate the Dark Mode mobiles with realme UI, we will have to go to the Settings and enter the section of the screen. Once inside we will see a sub-menu dedicated to Dark Mode. Now we just have to activate the button for the mobile to start changing the new mode. From that moment all the interface will change its tones to black, including the system applications.
More options
In addition, we have some options such as the possibility of activating the “From sunset to sunrise” option. Based on our geographical area, the terminal will calculate to activate the dark mode automatically when night falls and deactivate it in the morning. We can also activate a custom activation, by clicking on “Schedule time”. Doing so will open an options tab in which we will have to mark the start and end time.
More and more applications are adapting to Dark Mode, but there are still many that must adapt their development. However, realme UI has an option that allows you to force ” Dark Mode in third-party applications” . Keep in mind that it is an option that is in beta and will not work equally well with all applications.
