Apple yesterday issued a special event to present the new iPhone SE, Mac Studio and the Display Studio. However, although it did not announce it in it, the company officially launched new accessories in its stores. They include new colors for official keyboards and mice, as well as for iPhone cases or Apple Watch straps.
It must be said that this is not a great novelty either. And not because they are products with less interest, but because of what is expected of their launch, since every year they launch this type of renewal around this time. In addition, all of them are already available for purchase in the brand’s online store, but also in physical ones.
Peripherals are reborn in space gray
With the goodbye to the iMac Pro last year, the option to purchase its accessories was also blurred. The Magic Keyboard 2, Magic Mouse 2 and Magic Trackpad 2 in space gray were not only the official accessories of that computer, but could also be purchased separately. At a functional level they did not represent any change, but it was an interesting option added to the classic white option.
Well, since yesterday they are available for purchase. The only novelty compared to what the iMac Pro had is that the keyboard comes only in a numeric version and with Touch ID , which will only be compatible with Macs that have M1, M1 Pro, M1 Max or M1 Ultra chips (and later). ). The prices remain the same as in the white versions, being 205 euros for the keyboard and 109 and 155 euros for the Magic Mouse and Magic Trackpad respectively.
New iPhone cases and Apple Watch straps
In addition to introducing the green color to the iPhone 13/13 mini and 13 Pro/13 Pro Max, Apple has also released new colors in the silicone cases. Specifically, now we find lemon yellow, mist blue, eucalyptus green and nectarine orange. All these at 55 euros, while at 39 euros there are already the new ones for the iPhone SE in pink, abyss blue, black and red.
