Our mobile has several methods to be able to alert us to the different notifications and warnings that arrive continuously. One of the most classic is the vibration, which before could not be modified in any way, but which is part of the customization in many terminals. Realme mobiles also allow you to vary this parameter easily.

The vibration of our mobile is one of the most useful elements, when we have activated the silent mode but we want to continue knowing what is happening on our mobile. However, the vibration may be too strong for some users. In addition, when the terminal is resting on a surface, a too strong vibration can generate an unpleasant noise that not everyone likes, in addition to increasing the chances of falling due to the displacement generated by the vibration of the terminal itself.
How to modify the vibration
To be able to change the vibration on Realme phones with Realme UI to our liking , we will have to go to Settings / Sound and Vibration. In this section, we will see the classic options to activate or deactivate the vibration, both for incoming calls, and the possibility that the mobile vibrates or not, in silent mode. To be able to modify the intensity, we will enter the function called “Vibration intensity” that is just below the previous options.

Three degrees of vibration
Now we can see the bars, which will allow us to modify the intensity of the vibration when receiving calls or when touching the device. The two options allow you to modify this aspect between three options: Weak, Medium and Strong. By touching each option, we will be able to perceive a previous sensation of the strength that that particular setting will have. We will only have to choose the desired intensity in each case, and go back for the changes to take effect.

Vibrate consumes battery
It is not something new, that the vibration motor of our mobile needs energy to work. The stronger the vibration, the more energy this motor requires and therefore, the more battery our mobile will consume. It is for this reason that many users choose to deactivate all types of vibration on the mobile. However, by being able to modify the intensity we will keep the vibration (for example to a minimum) so that our Realme sees this energy expenditure reduced. At the other extreme, is to set the intensity “Strong”, since we will have a more powerful warning method, but at the cost of a few milliamps.
