Both Samsung and Xiaomi have several interesting options in this regard. For that reason we wanted to make a comparison between the Samsung Galaxy A32 5G and the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T.
There are some similarities between these two terminals, but they are totally different devices. However, the two have a moderate price in common, which will put 5G in the hands of many users. Two MediaTek brains
There are two different bets also in the processor section, despite the fact that both terminals bear the MediaTek seal. In the case of the Galaxy S32 5G, we find the MT6853, also known as Dimensity 720 5G. The Redmi Note 9T, for its part, integrates a more advanced Dimensity 800 U processor . If we put this hardware to work, we can take a look at the maximum performance peaks of the two phones, if we take into account a benchmarking program such as AnTuTu, the Galaxy A32 5G reaches 290,000 points, while the Redmi Note 9T exceeds 340,000. It is a difference that can be significant when we need the most of the terminal in multitasking or even within a demanding game.
They lead the 48 megapixels
We will not find excessive differences between the cameras of both devices. However, the Samsung terminal offers more muscle by having a 48 megapixel main sensor, an 8 megapixel wide-angle sensor, and macro and depth sensors of 5 and 2 megapixels each. For its part, the Redmi Note 9T has a 48 megapixel sensor and macro and depth sensors of 2 megapixels each. Both tie in the selfie section with a 13 megapixel sensor.
In the video recording section, it is important to note that the two computers can achieve 4K resolution at 30 fps. They are also capable of recording in FullHD at 60fps, but only the Galaxy A32 5G can reach 120fps at this resolution. With the front camera, the two max out at 1080p at 30fps.
Connections, battery and OS
We are facing two devices that we can consider as input for many aspects, and that also means that they maintain the 3.5mm jack , which is an advantage for many users. As we say, both are 5G and have other basic connections such as Bluetooth 5 and NFC. Both have a fingerprint sensor built into one side.
Once again they tie, now in the battery section, with 5,000 mAh in both cases . However, the Galaxy A32 5G boasts 15W fast charging, compared to the 18W fast charging of its rival. This allows the Redmi Note 9T to charge 33% of the battery in half an hour. The two terminals move with Android 10 and the respective layers of their manufacturers.
Prices and which one to buy
We have seen that if we take into account the technical section of key hardware elements such as the screen or performance, the Redmi Note 9T clearly wins. The Galaxy A32 can offer one more plus in the camera side, which is not a significant difference. In addition, the Xiaomi terminal can be purchased on Amazon from 199 euros, while the cheapest Galaxy A32 has a price of 239 euros . These 40 euros of difference, added to the above, make the balance fall sideways from the Redmi Note 9T.
