If today we were talking about the possibility of getting two free months of Disney + shopping in the Fortnite store, it seems that the Disney service will continue to seek partners to increase its market share quickly. And the next to partner could be neither more nor less than Microsoft.
The bounty of Xbox Game Pass
We have already seen on several occasions that the rewards offered by Xbox Game Pass are usually quite generous. It is just what analyst Daniel Ahmad remembers, who points out that the latest tweet published by the official Xbox Game Pass account could be hinting at a collaboration in the form of free subscription months.
As the well-known analyst points out, Xbox Game Pass has previously offered a large number of promotions. We already saw how Microsoft’s subscription service offered its users the possibility of getting 6 months of Spotify Premium, as well as 3 months of Discord Nitro or 2 months of Funimation, and it seems that the thing does not end there.
Microsoft’s clues
The latest tweet posted by the Xbox Game Pass account has shown an image of The Mandalorian accompanied by the phrase ” All we are going to say is that we are not posting The Mandalorian and The Child for no reason .” This publication would be hiding some kind of secret, and everything indicates that it will be related to the Disney streaming service.

Obviously we are not considering the possibility of including the entire Disney + catalog within Xbox Game Pass (that, in addition to being something completely impossible, would absolutely break the market), but a small alliance in the form of a couple of months for free with which to leave Winning both sides is something that sounds pretty good and it could work without a doubt.

Disney moves tab
With Fortnite currently giving away two months of Disney + to all those who make purchases by purchasing V-Bucks or buying with real money, it is very likely that Xbox Game Pass will do the exact same thing. On the one hand, Microsoft could win some extra users with the flashy promotion, and on the other, Disney would be able to pinch a good number of users already present in Xbox Game Pass.
Basically because the promotion will almost certainly require the creation of new users, so it will possibly be aimed only at new users of the service (something that would not prevent those who already have a new one, as is often the case in these cases). This would cause a duplicate of real users, but after all, what they are worth is the numbers, and that is the only thing Disney is looking for.
