At last. Warzone is now completely official, and they have wanted to confirm it from Activision by launching the official trailer for the new game mode that will reach Call of Duty: Modern Warfare . This is the highly anticipated free battle royale in which a total of 150 players will face each other on a gigantic new multiplayer map. You want to know more? Well, don’t stop and keep reading.
Warzone is a virtual war between 150 players
Like all Battle Royale, the game will be developed on a map of considerable dimensions where a large number of players will face to see who is the last one standing. The games can be played individually, in pairs or trios, with the possibility of including quartets later, as indicated. The map will be made up of locations of other maps that we already knew of the Modern Warfare multiplayer, with the proviso that they are now completely connected in the form of a single map.
The game is completely free, so anyone who wants to play it will only have to download the game without having to buy Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. In addition, the game is crossplay, so we can play between different platforms, either PS4, Xbox One or PC. One of the things that can be enjoyed by those who have already bought the game are custom weapons. All those players who already have a progress in the multiplayer mode with custom weapons can use them in Warzone, however, those who simply have the free game will only get weapons with basic skins (although we imagine that the aspects can be purchased as extras).
