Improve game performance with Force 4x MSAA
If you want to increase the performance of the game on your device you can do it in Developer Options and enable this option, Force 4x MSAA. Thus, you will be able to play the games in better quality, something that will be interesting if you enjoy them to the fullest or use your phone mainly for this purpose. Although it gives you a more agile and fluid performance in games, you have to keep in mind that it will be at the cost of the battery. It is an interesting option for high-end phones.
To activate it you must go to Settings, Additional settings and Developer options. From there you will enable the corresponding option, to which you will have to go down until you reach the hardware accelerated rendering functions. Now you can take advantage of the possibilities offered by this mode on your mobile, although if you want to disable it because it consumes a lot of RAM, battery or you are no longer interested, you can go to the same place.

If you can’t find the developer options on your Xiaomi, you can easily activate them in the About phone section. Tap on the MIUI version (just above where it says Android version, not at the top of the screen) several times until you get a message that the Developer options have been activated .
Share photos without metadata
If you want to share photos without metadata and make them more private, to take full advantage of the potential of the camera, you will have to go to the mobile gallery and enter a photo. Go to the bottom to share the photo, and before choosing the option that interests you, you can look at the top, below where it says 1 selected element and before the photo, in the option that says Privacy Protection.
There you will see a new tab where you can choose to check the sharing without location information and sharing without metadata options. That is, you can choose not to show the information of the photos you share, as well as data such as the model of your mobile, etc. If you want to make more adjustments in this regard, you can go to Gallery, specifically to the Settings selection from the 3 points at the top of the main screen.

Once you have made these adjustments, the option will be saved for the other photos, so it does not matter which one you do it on. If you want, before sending the photos you can check it or go to the gallery settings .
MIUI 13 Sidebar
In the new MIUI 3 version you can access a sidebar with which you can have direct access from the right or left side to the applications that you previously configured. When you select the app you are interested in, it will run as a floating window that you can configure to your liking.

To do this, you will have to go to the phone settings, to the Special functions option and to the Sidebar. There you will configure the scene options, giving Show always and you will add the apps that interest you. If you do not find this possibility, remember to update to the latest version, MIUI 13 as soon as possible. You can do it in the settings, specifically in the option About the phone.
kaleidoscope on camera
Xiaomi’s updates to MIUI 12 come with a host of exciting features, such as kaleidoscope mode in the camera. With it, the image is broken down into various visual patterns like those that can be seen through a kaleidoscope. With this function, called AI Magic Kaleidoscope , you can take photos and videos with a mirror function that will remind you of the kaleidoscope.
Accessing this feature is not as easy as it may initially seem. Once you open the camera you will have to go to More. After that, you will go to Short Videos and in this option you will select the Filters.

From there you will find the kaleidoscope and you can take advantage of its possibilities.
