To start the process, all we have to do is check first that our mobile has all the updated applications, which we can do from Settings> System update. Once we have the latest version, we just have to enter the camera app and place our mobile pointing at the paper in the best possible way.
In a matter of seconds it will recognize the document and through a yellow bounding box it will try to recognize the area. In case we have problems getting this to work, we have to keep some tips in mind:
- There needs to be good lighting.
- We can activate the flash if we need it.
- The background must contrast with the document so as not to make mistakes.
- If possible, the document should not have curves or folds that make the result more difficult.
Once the bounding box recognizes the document or file without problem, we are going to touch the yellow button where it says “Scan”. Our Samsung mobile processes the image and will try to optimize it so that even the codes and texts written in the file can be read.
Before finishing the process, it will give us the option to adjust the scanned document manually , so that if a problem has occurred or we can improve it, we can do it ourselves. When you touch save, the image is fully processed and will appear in our gallery.
