Mobile phones have more and more options and possibilities, among their capabilities playing games is one of the most attractive although this means that we will run out of battery much sooner. Games need the full potential of the processor and consume many resources, although in Realme we have the ideal option to save battery while we play.

This option is available on all mobiles that already have Realme UI , the company’s personalization layer. Among them we find, for example, the Realme 6i, an inexpensive mobile with good performance for games, especially if we make use of the option and tips that we are going to explain.
Battery modes for gaming in Realme
Without having to download and install anything, on Realme mobiles we have access to the games space, a section that gives us options to improve our experience. This section allows us to store all the games in the same place, but also personalize our game with modes that will help us save battery in Realme with our favorite games.

The steps that we must follow to be able to use this option begin in the games space application, which should appear in the application drawer. Just by entering we will see a screen as we show it in images, although with the games that you have downloaded.
In the lower left we have a button that leads to the battery saving options, among which we will find three modes:
- Competition mode: designed to pass the most demanding games.
- Balanced mode: for games that don’t need the highest performance.
- Energy saving mode: the ideal option to avoid running out of battery in a short time.
By activating the last option we will achieve our purpose, which is not to use up all the battery even if we are playing demanding games . To achieve this, the smartphone will limit the refresh rate, the response speed and deactivate other processes while we play.
More options to save battery
If this has not been enough and our intention is to continue improving autonomy , at the end of the bottom bar we have the option to adjust the resolution automatically. This will allow us to get an extra battery and be able to continue playing for longer. We can also deactivate the brightness lock and thus reduce it manually until we need it.

All these changes will show us in the lower bar the hours that we can be playing, which will change according to the selected modes and options that we have explained to you.
