We are just a few weeks away from the new iPhone 12 being presented, although there is no official date yet. The rumors about them do not stop and in the last hours we find juicy information about the memory capacities they will have. We tell you everything in this article.
Differences between the iPhone 12 and the ‘Pro’
That Apple will present four new iPhones soon is no longer a secret. Two of them would be substitutes for the iPhone 11, with a 6.1-inch version and a 5.4-inch version that would be called the iPhone 12 mini. On the other hand, we would again have ‘Pro’ and ‘Pro Max’ models, which would have different sizes compared to the latest models: 6.1 inches and 6.7 inches, the latter being the largest to date.
Having included a minimum of 128 GB in the 2020 iPad Pro already gave us clues that Apple could also change this base capacity in its new iPhone and according to Jon Prosser this would be a half reality. That is, the standard models would continue with 64 GB and the ‘Pro’ would already start with 128 GB. The rest of the capabilities have not been disclosed, but we can guess that it would remain that way.

The million dollar question, when will they be official?
There is less and less to know the new iPhone and that is indisputable, but the issue of giving an exact date is becoming more and more mere speculation. The Cupertino company has not given official information in this regard, but in its environment October 13 is already being handled as the date of its possible presentation event. Event that would also be online again as we saw at WWDC 2020 and in the recent event on September 15.
The release date is already somewhat more complicated to hit. It is expected that some models can be launched already in this coming month of October around the last weeks, while the rest (possibly the ‘Pro’) would be launched already in November . This delay compared to other years has its reason for being in the COVID-19 pandemic that has been hitting the planet since the beginning of this year. Therefore, it will be necessary to remain pending of any information related to the dates and, of course, the official announcement by Apple.
