In this article we are going to review which are the ranges of this manufacturer and which are the best equipment you can buy.
In total, Mountain Computers has three families of portable and three desktop products, each of them geared towards certain types of users. In all cases, the equipment is fully configurable and we can modify components such as the amount of RAM, SSD storage or the graphics card, as well as accessories, but we are going to focus on what they offer as a base, always taking into account that they are expandable.

Mountain Steel
The basic configuration of these computers includes an Intel Core i9-10900X processor (10 cores and 20 threads) with 32 GB of DDR4 RAM at 2666 MHz in 4 modules of 8 GB each, an M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD of 256 GB, a 1 TB mechanical disk and a GeForce GT 710, in addition to an 80 Plus Bronze 650W power supply and of course the box with more than adequate cooling.
Among the configuration options, we can have this equipment even with an AMD Threadripper 3990X, up to 128 GB of RAM, up to 4 TB (2x2TB) of NVMe SSD and even gaming graphics such as an RTX 3080 10 GB or a Quadro professional graphics can be installed. These computers are the top of the range within Mountain desktops, and although their price starts at 2,649 euros , their hardware is well worth it. In their basic configuration they incorporate an Intel Xeon Silver 4208 processor (8 cores and 16 threads) with 48 GB of RAM DDR4 ECC Registered at 2666 MHz (6 modules of 8 GB), a 250 GB NVMe SSD and integrated ASpeed AST2500 graphics.
Of course, this equipment can also be expanded, being able to install up to two Intel Xeon Platinum 8180 processors (28 cores and 56 threads each), liquid cooling system, up to 384 GB of RAM, 2 TB capacity SSD and, just like the Previously, a dedicated graphic that can be up to an RTX 3080 or Quadro RTX 6000.
Mountain Laptops
We are now going to see the three ranges of laptops offered by this Spanish manufacturer. Those more knowledgeable in the field will realize that the equipment is based on the design of the Clevo notebooks, but of course they are customized and optimized by Mountain.
Mountain Iridium
This is the most basic range of laptops of the brand, which starts at a price of 1,279 euros . In its basic configuration it equips an Intel Core i7-10750H processor (6 cores and 12 threads) with 8 GB of RAM memory, 250 GB NVMe SSD and a dedicated GeForce RTX 2060 6 GB, with a 15.6-inch Full HD screen IPS.
Of course it is expandable, although unlike the desktop we will not be able to change the processor. Yes, we can install up to 64 GB of RAM and up to 2 TB of SSD + SSD SATA 3 secondary up to 2 TB. Curiously, this laptop does not allow you to change the graphics card, although an RTX 2060 is no small thing.
Mountain Jade
These laptops are designed for “large format” and have a basic 17.3-inch Full HD IPS screen. Mountain Graphite
The top of the range laptop from Mountain Computers is the Graphite series, more geared towards gaming than the other two models. In this case, its base configuration starts from a not inconsiderable 2,979 euros , and mounts an Intel Core i7-10700 processor (8 cores and 16 threads), 16 GB of DDR4 RAM at 2666 MHz, 500 GB PCIe SSD and a dedicated RTX graphic. 2070 SUPER, all for a 17.3-inch Full HD IPS screen.
