Your finances up to date with Contasimple
Once we access Contasimple, its main menu appears completely in Spanish. At the top and in the left column we will have toolbars with the different work modules, such as Accounting, Clients / Suppliers, Taxes, Virtual Disk, Banks and Reports. Each module has been established so that it can be used without specific prior knowledge and obtain information through perfectly structured tables and graphics.
Accounting
From the accounting section we can issue a new invoice, post an invoice received, post a taste, create a delivery note and create a budget. If we click on add a new invoice we can fill it in comfortably by filling in all the necessary data. Everything is organized in a table where we must select each of the options. Once done, it also offers us the possibility of uploading the invoice to our Dropbox or Google Drive account.
Clients and suppliers
From here it will be possible to register both clients and suppliers with whom we work. Whether we click on Register a client or Register a supplier, a new screen will appear where we can fill in all of our client’s billing information in a table, as well as add possible discounts, contact details and a bank account.
Companies and users
In this section we can manage everything related to our company. From here we can add a new company or manage the one we already have added , being able to edit its data, invoices, budgets, taxes, delivery notes, accounting accounts, etc.
Workday registration
From this section it is possible to control our working hours , being able to record both our entry and exit (choosing day, month, and year from the calendar). Also shown in the table are the number of stops, the records not closed and the total time elapsed from entry to exit. We can also generate and export reports, both by date and by user.
How to access Contasimple
Contasimple is a web application, which has different plans and prices to choose the one that best suits our needs. For this we will only have to access their website and register with an email account and password.
Once we have registered, we must register all the data of our company. A new window appears where we must select our country, the fiscal region and the company time. Once completed, click on Continue to go to the next screen. Next, we must select the method of estimating personal income tax and select the VAT regime. Finally, we must fill in all our personal data along with the NIF or CIF.
Plans and prices
Contasimple has three different plans (Basic, Professional and Ultimate) so that we can choose the one that best suits our aims.
- Basic : it is a free plan forever. It offers us 50 registrations / year, 5 products, 10 Clients / Prov. 10 MB Virtual disk, proof of a bank remittance and the possibility of exporting (Excel or PDF).
- Professional : this plan is priced at 7.95 euros per month (VAT not included) with a quarterly payment and billing. It has 500 registrations / year, 50 products, unlimited Clients / Prov, 100 MB Virtual Disk and proof of 12 bank remittances. In addition, we will be able to export, customize invoices, make taxes and basic reports.
- Ultimate : This is the most complete plan that costs 11.95 euros per month (VAT not included) and offers unlimited registrations, unlimited products, unlimited Customers / Prov, 1 GB of Virtual Disk and unlimited bank remittances. It also has exports, invoice customization, taxes, advanced reports and electronic invoicing. This plan supports a free trial period of 30 days, without the need to enter a credit card.
