Schedule power off and on
Thanks to Realme UI we can program this functionality, which far from seems inconsequential can do much more good than harm to our phone. Obviously it has its drawbacks, but the benefits are many. Scheduling a switch off and on , either daily or weekly, can help us make the phone work more smoothly and quickly. Because what is achieved is that the phone restarts more frequently, and thus it can be freed from background processes that can affect performance.
It is also something that also allows you to save more battery , lengthening the autonomy of the phone for each charge. So this is something you should consider doing. The most logical thing would be to schedule the phone to turn off every night until the next morning, but in that case we lose mobile connectivity during the early hours of the morning, which leaves us out of the game if there is an emergency for which they may want to contact us. Therefore it is a measure to take into account if this aspect does not matter to us.
How is it programmed to switch it off and on?
This is an additional functionality that Realme users have. This feature is native to the system, so you don’t have to resort to third-party apps. Do the following:
- Enter the settings of your Realme mobile
- Click on “Additional Settings”
- Select “Auto On / Off”
From here we can select both the time to switch on and the time to switch off independently. So we can have both activated or only one of them. Once we activate this programming we can choose the time at which the phone will turn off or on while under the clock we can click on the “repeat” button.
That is where we can choose which days of the week the phone will turn on or off automatically. We can choose every day, or only the ones we want , such as once a week so that we lose its functionalities in the slightest possible way.
